How it Works

Call, text, or e-mail Mitchell Monson Staging and let us know the size of your home and when you are wanting to list your property.

We visit your property, take pictures, and suggest any repairs or freshen-ups.

Within 24 hours, we will present you with a custom proposal which will list furnishings needed to make each room look its best and our pricing breakdown for the Professional stage.

Once the contract is signed, payment is due in full for the for the initial 60 days. An installation date is scheduled.

The home will be fully staged within five (5) business days. (Cleaning and any renovations are to be completed before installation begins.)

Home will be de-staged between final contingency removal and close of escrow.

We remove the furnishings from each room.
