Our most popular service, the Catalina package is a complete custom furnishing and accessorizing of an entire vacant home and outdoor living space to give it an on-trend look that will be inspirational to buyers. This staging includes art, rugs, accessories, indoor furniture, outdoor furniture, window dressings, and linens. We will come up with a proposal detailing the plans for each room in your home. In this customized assessment, we take into account any unique features that should be showcased as well as any awkward spaces that can be mitigated with good design selections from our large warehouse of furnishings. The Avalon package starts with complete, professional staging of only the most important rooms to create a designer look for those key spaces. After a customized assessment takes place, you and the designer will work together to determine which rooms will be staged. The entry, living room, dining room, and primary bedroom are the rooms most commonly staged in this strategic package. Bathrooms, additional bedrooms, and other living areas can be staged a-la-carte or remain empty. We will draft a proposal tailored to your needs and present it to you. This package may also incorporate some of your personal belongings and furniture if you wish.
